We want you to love your Countryside Comforts order! However, due to the nature of our products (air fresheners), we do not accept returns or exchanges if the packaging has been opened.
This is for hygiene, safety, and scent integrity reasons — once opened, air fresheners cannot be resold or reused.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to help sort it out!
